Welcome to GO Speed Car Rental. By using our car rental services in Odisha, India, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our vehicles.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license issued by the Government of India to rent a vehicle.
2. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Full payment, including security deposit, is required before vehicle pickup. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Security deposits are refunded after vehicle return and inspection.
4. Vehicle Use: Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities in the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental period.
5. Pickup & Return: Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed locations and times. Late returns may result in additional charges.
6. Insurance & Liability: All vehicles are covered under basic insurance. The renter is liable for any damages not covered by insurance, including loss of documents, keys, or accessories.
7. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Your information is used only for booking and service purposes.
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha.
